What are the shipping rates in the UAE?

Across UAE, it is a flat rate of AED 35.

I live in the UAE; when can I expect my order?

To the main cities in UAE, we ship within 1-2 business day, and if you live in any of the more remote areas mentioned below, please note that we will deliver to your area on these assigned days.

After ordering from Peacefull, can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, all sales are final so please take your time and decide before finalizing your order.

Can I exchange or return my order?

Unfortunately we do not offer any exchange or return policy. Due to COVID hygiene restrictions, all sales are final.

I paid for an order with my card and I refused to accept my order upon delivery, can I be refunded?

If you refused your order, we will issue store credit to your account for you to redeem anytime you want. Please take your time and decide before finalizing your order.

I received missing items / the wrong order. What should I do ?

We are proud to say that our fulfillment center is fully robotic with a 99.9% accuracy rate. However we know that mistakes do happen, if that is the case please email us at customer@peacefull.com with your original order number and a picture of the wrong items within 72 hours of receiving. We will then schedule a pickup time. During this process, we will pick up the wrong order in its original packaging, sealed and unused. At the same time we will replace it with your original order. *including any missing items, and all the shipping costs of replacement will be done by Peacefull.

I received damaged goods. What do I do ?

Please email us at customer@peacefull.com immediately within 72 hours of receiving your order with clear pictures of the damaged products and a copy of your order number/ summary. We will then schedule a pickup time. During this process, we will pick up the damaged products in its original packaging and at the same time we will replace it with your new products. Peaceful will cover all shipping expenses.

I wasn’t home when my delivery arrived?

Before delivering your order our courier service will reach out to you to confirm your address and location, and inform you of an estimated time of delivery. If no one is available to accept the order after the confirmed time, we will schedule another delivery at a more preferred & agreed upon time, and perhaps a more convenient location. If on the second delivery no one is present to accept the order we will cancel your order and issue a store credit to your account for you to redeem anytime you want.

Does Peacefull accept Cash On Delivery?

Peacefull’s current payment methods offered through Peacefull.com are via ApplePay, Visa or MasterCard.

Does Peacefull ship internationally?

For now Peacefull.com only delivers to GCC countries: KSA, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Bahrain, however we hope to deliver to more countries around the world very soon!

Does Peacefull have a physical store?

If you would rather shop for our products in person, you will find us at Sephora stores across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and on their website at Sephora.ae

If I purchased from Sephora.ae, can I return my order to peacefull.com?

Although Sephora is our retailer, note that sales through Sephora.ae and peacefull.com are completely different. You can check the Sephora Policy and shipment terms through Sephora.ae
